Shipping policy

All orders are 3D printed to order and shipped from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Printing time

• Ready-made items: usually printed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment is received.
• Custom prints: the printing time depends on size and detail. We tell you the time together with your price, before anything is printed.

Shipping rates

• Saudi Arabia: 30 SAR
• Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 90 SAR
• Other countries: 195 SAR

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time after shipping

• Saudi Arabia: usually 2 to 5 working days
• Gulf countries: usually 3 to 7 working days
• Other countries: usually 7 to 14 working days

These are estimates from our couriers and can be longer during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking

We send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.

Address

Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, the cost of sending it again is paid by the customer.
