Refunds & returns

Every Limitless Maker piece is 3D printed to order in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Please read this policy before you order.

Damaged in delivery

We photograph every order before we pack it. If your order arrives broken:

• Film an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. We strongly recommend recording every unboxing.
• Send the video to us on WhatsApp (+966 55 058 1371) or by email (limitlessmaker@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery.
• If the video shows the item arrived damaged, we print and send you a free replacement, including shipping. You don't need to send the broken item back.

We can't accept damage claims without an unboxing video, or claims sent more than 48 hours after delivery.

Printing defects or wrong item

If your item has a clear printing defect or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it for free.

Custom prints

Custom prints are made especially for you (your idea, file, size, name or colours), so they can't be returned or refunded if you change your mind. They are only covered if they arrive damaged or have a printing defect, as described above. We always confirm the details and price with you before printing.

Ready-made items

You can return a ready-made (non-custom) item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first to arrange the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the item price to your bank account. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Not covered

• Damage caused after delivery, such as drops, misuse, or heat (for example, leaving PLA prints in a hot car).
• Small layer lines and slight colour differences, which are a natural part of 3D printing.
• Normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund before we start printing it. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.
